Terms of Service
These terms explain what you get when you order from Launch Local Sites, what we need from you, and what happens if something changes. We wrote them in plain English. If something is unclear, ask us before you order.
1. Who we are
Launch Local Sites is operated by Rellihcs Services, doing business as Launch Local Sites. In these terms, "we," "us," and "Launch Local Sites" mean Rellihcs Services operating under the Launch Local Sites name. "You" means the person or business placing the order. If you order for a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so for that business.
You can reach us through the form at launchlocalsites.com.
2. The $97 website
The standard product is a professionally built one-page business website for $97. It includes:
- One page
- Mobile-responsive design
- Professional page structure
- Your business and service information, organized from what you give us
- Clear calls to action
- Contact and lead capture
- One reasonable revision round before launch
- Standard delivery timing, as described in section 6
- A small footer credit, as described in section 16
You do not need to write your website copy. You give us the information you already have, such as an existing website, Google Business Profile, social page, service list, notes, or marketing materials, and we organize appropriate information into website-ready content. This is not extensive custom copywriting.
3. What is not included
The standard $97 website does not automatically include any of the following unless it is expressly stated in these terms or you purchase it separately:
- Pages beyond the one included page and any additional pages you buy
- Ecommerce or online payments
- Membership or login systems
- Significant custom programming or custom software
- Complex integrations
- Extensive custom copywriting
- Extensive graphic design or a full branding package
- Advanced booking systems (a link to a scheduling page you already use is fine)
- Unlimited revisions
- Any other work that is not described as included
If you need something on this list, we are glad to talk about it. See section 9.
4. Optional services and prices
- Managed Hosting: $97/year. This is a recurring annual subscription that automatically renews each year until canceled (see section 11). Not required if you already have compatible hosting.
- Additional page: $47 for one additional standard page.
- Rush delivery: +$67 (see section 7).
- Domain help: domains start at $27 per year. The exact price depends on the domain and is confirmed with you before you are charged.
- Simple logo: +$67 for a deliberately simple business logo that establishes your basic site and business identity. It is not a complete branding package.
The website and the other optional services above are one-time charges, except Managed Hosting, which recurs annually. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are added where required. Services such as business phone, professional email and calendar, business formation support, Google Business Profile help, and larger or custom work are quoted separately.
5. Ordering, payment authorization, and project acceptance
When you place an order, you authorize your card for the total shown at checkout. Authorizing a payment is not the same as starting production. Your card is charged only when we capture the payment after we accept your project. The authorization covers the one-time items shown at checkout. It does not include Managed Hosting, which is billed separately as described in section 11.
Production begins after all of the following have happened: we have received the required information from you; we have reviewed the project requirements, including hosting, domain, and scope; we have accepted the project; and payment has been captured and confirmed.
We review projects to identify genuine scope, hosting, compatibility, fraud, or fulfillment problems. It is not a sales step. If we cannot reasonably accept your project, we will tell you and cancel the authorization instead of charging you. We aim to complete our review promptly, because a card authorization only lasts for a limited time.
6. Delivery timing and customer delays
Standard delivery is up to 5 business days after all required information has been received and the project has been reviewed and accepted. The delivery clock does not start simply because you entered payment information.
Delivery estimates depend on you providing required information and responding when we ask a question or request an approval. If you are slow to respond, or information is unavailable, the delivery timeline pauses or extends by a reasonable amount. We are not responsible for missing a delivery target when the delay was caused by missing information or by your not responding.
7. Rush orders
Rush delivery costs +$67. After your project is accepted, a rush project enters priority production, with delivery targeted within approximately 2 to 3 business days after all required information has been received and the project has been reviewed and accepted.
Rush projects require both an email address and a mobile phone number, so we can quickly resolve questions that could affect your delivery time. Rush timing depends on timely responses from you. Delays in providing information, approvals, decisions, or responses can extend the rush timeline.
Once an accepted rush project enters expedited production, the applicable build and rush fees become non-refundable, subject to applicable law and our discretion under section 10. Launch Local Sites remains responsible for delivering the purchased scope.
8. Revisions
Your website includes one reasonable revision round before launch. A revision means reasonable changes to the delivered project within the agreed scope, such as correcting text, adjusting wording, swapping a photo, or changing details.
A revision does not include a complete redesign, an entirely new concept, expanding the project, additional pages you have not purchased, new custom functionality, or unlimited rounds of changes. If you want something beyond a reasonable revision, we will tell you what it would take and you can decide.
9. Larger and custom projects
Services outside the standard package may require additional fees, a separate quote, a separate scope, or a separate agreement.
If you order the $97 website but describe something substantially larger, you do not lose the right to receive the standard product you purchased. We can build the standard one-page website, or we can offer a custom package. Where appropriate, we will apply your $97 purchase toward a custom project. If you need two or more additional pages, a custom website may be the better fit, but you are not required to switch.
10. Cancellation and refunds
Before acceptance. While your payment is only authorized and has not been captured, we can cancel the authorization. This includes when we cannot reasonably accept your project, and when your hosting turns out to be incompatible and you do not want managed hosting or another compatible solution. You can also ask us to cancel before acceptance. When an authorization is canceled, you are not charged, although your card issuer may take some days to release the hold.
Managed Hosting. Cancellation and renewal terms for Managed Hosting are in section 11.
After acceptance. Once we accept your project and begin production, the applicable website build fees become non-refundable, subject to applicable law and our reasonable discretion. We may issue a full or partial refund where we think it is appropriate, such as when we are unable to deliver what you purchased.
Fees being non-refundable does not reduce our responsibility to provide the purchased services within the agreed scope. Fees for third-party items, such as domain registrations, may be non-refundable under the provider's own rules.
11. Hosting
Managed Hosting is an annual subscription. Managed Hosting is $97/year. It is billed annually and automatically renews each year until canceled. You are not required to use it if you already have compatible hosting.
When it starts. If you choose Managed Hosting, you agree at checkout to the recurring annual charge. The subscription starts only after we accept your project and capture your payment, and the first annual charge is made to the same card at that time. If we do not accept your project, or you cancel before acceptance, no Managed Hosting charge is made. Later annual charges are made automatically to the payment method on file on each renewal date, unless you have canceled.
Renewal notices and receipts. Stripe may send service-related billing, renewal, and payment notifications to the email address associated with your order on our behalf. Please keep that address current and tell us if it changes.
Cancellation. You can cancel Managed Hosting at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for. Hosting continues until that date. Fees already paid for a term are not prorated or refunded for an unused portion, except where required by law or where we choose to approve it.
Failed renewal payments. If a renewal payment fails, we or Stripe may retry it and will ask you to update your payment method. If payment remains unpaid for 14 days after the applicable due date, the hosting service becomes subject to suspension. If payment remains unpaid for 30 days after the applicable due date, the hosting service becomes subject to termination. We do not delete your website immediately on termination, and we may keep or delete website files after a reasonable period. We may extend these periods or provide additional time at our discretion without waiving this policy for future payments.
Hosting you supply is subject to a compatibility review before we accept your project. If it cannot reasonably support your website, you can (a) add Launch Local Sites Managed Hosting for $97/year, (b) use another compatible solution, or (c) cancel before project acceptance and payment capture, where applicable.
Unusual, restricted, poorly configured, or incompatible third-party hosting may require a different solution or extra work. We will not add a charge without telling you and getting your approval first. We will never ask for your hosting passwords at checkout. If we need access later, we will tell you how to share it securely.
12. Domains
If you already own a domain, it stays yours. We will ask you to point it to your website when the time comes, and we can walk you through that. If you ask us to help you get a domain, we confirm the name and price with you before we charge you, and the domain is registered for your use. You are responsible for renewals, and the registrar's own requirements and fees apply. Subject to registrar requirements, account status, payment, and applicable law, you keep the rights to your domain.
13. Email, phone, and other third-party services
Optional services such as professional email, Google Workspace, business phone numbers, calendars, payment services, booking systems, and other outside platforms are provided by third parties. They may have their own fees, terms, availability, policies, technical limits, and account requirements. We do not control them, and we cannot promise they will always be available or unchanged. Business formation support is administrative only. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.
14. Your materials
You confirm that you have the rights and permission needed to give us, and to use on your website, the materials you supply. That can include logos, photographs, graphics, text, trademarks, business names, marketing materials, and other intellectual property. We are not expected to independently verify who owns everything you give us. If someone challenges your materials, you are responsible for resolving it.
15. Accuracy and review
You are responsible for reviewing the factual information on your website before launch, such as your business name, services, prices, claims, contact information, licensing information, hours, addresses, service areas, and policies. Your review and revision round are your chance to catch errors. Please read carefully before you approve.
16. Footer credit
The standard $97 website includes a small, unobtrusive developer credit in the footer of your website, such as "Website by Launch Local Sites." The words "Launch Local Sites" may link to https://launchlocalsites.com/. The credit appears only in the footer. It will not interfere with your branding or content, and it is not a banner, advertisement, badge, popup, or promotional block. Removing the credit may be available for an additional fee or as part of a custom website package.
17. Your finished website
After payment is complete, you may use your finished website and the content you supplied for your business. You keep ownership of your own materials. We keep ownership of our own tools, methods, and general know-how, and we may reuse general, non-confidential techniques on other projects.
18. Inactive projects
If we need information from you and cannot get it after reasonable attempts over an extended period, we may pause and archive your project. We will let you know first, and we will not treat a pause as punishment. We are not required to keep an inactive project open indefinitely. If you come back, we will tell you what is needed to resume, and if your payment was only authorized, we may cancel the authorization instead.
19. Warranties and disclaimers
We will build your website with reasonable care and skill, within the scope you purchased. Beyond that, services are provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise search-engine rankings, sales, lead volume, or any business result. Third-party systems and the wider internet can have outages, changes, and limits outside our control, and we do not promise uninterrupted service from them.
20. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Launch Local Sites and Rellihcs Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
21. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Pennsylvania, unless the law requires otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
22. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order is the version that applies to that order, and we record which version you accepted. Questions about these terms are welcome through our contact form.
