Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Launch Local Sites collects, why, and what we do with it. Launch Local Sites is operated by Rellihcs Services.
Information we collect
- Contact form. Your name, business name, email, optional phone number, and your message.
- Orders and project intake. The details you give us to build your website, such as business name and description, services, service area or public address, website and social links, hosting and domain details, contact preferences, and add-ons you choose. We do not ask for hosting passwords at checkout and we do not ask for file uploads during ordering.
- Order acceptance record. When you place an order we record the date and time, the Terms version you accepted, the acknowledgments you accepted, and your IP address and browser type, so we have a record of what was agreed.
- Communications. Messages and emails between you and us about your project.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure page. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us, and we do not store full card numbers. We receive order and payment status information, such as whether a payment was authorized, captured, or canceled. If you choose Managed Hosting, Stripe also keeps your payment method so your annual subscription can renew automatically until you cancel, and Stripe may send service-related billing, renewal, and payment notifications on our behalf.
How we use information
We use your information to answer your questions, review and accept your project, build and deliver your website, process payments, communicate with you about your project, keep records, prevent fraud and spam, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We use only the information we need for these purposes.
Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and whether people start an order. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and receive information such as your IP address, browser, and device details under Google's own policies. We do not send your name, email, phone number, or order answers to Google Analytics, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising. Where consent is required, analytics storage and cookies are limited until you make the applicable choice. You can change your choice at any time:
While you fill out the order form, your answers are kept in your own browser tab so you do not lose progress if you go back a step. That information stays on your device, is not sent to us until you submit, and is cleared when you close the tab or complete your order. Acknowledgment checkboxes are never saved this way. Stripe may use its own cookies on its payment page, under its own policy.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business and only as needed, such as our payment processor (Stripe), our web hosting provider, and our email provider. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect against fraud or abuse. If your project involves a service you ask us to set up with a third party, such as a domain registrar, we share what is needed to do that.
Information on your finished website
Business details you give us, such as your business name, services, public address, phone number, and email, are meant to be published on your website. Tell us if something should not be public. We will not publish a private or home address simply because you provided it for administrative reasons.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiries, order records, and project communications for as long as needed to answer your questions, deliver and support your project, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We do not automatically delete order and payment records when a project is finished, because we may need them for accounting, tax, contract, or dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
Security
This website uses HTTPS. We keep customer, order, and project records in a protected database that is not publicly accessible, limit access to them to the people who run the business, and require a sign-in for that access. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
